1. Copy of the codes enforcement officer’s report as read at the regular monthly business meeting of June 2008.
2. Copy of expense reports and record of all payments issued to the codes enforcement officer for the months of April and May (as approved by the board at the May and June meetings) including but not limited to normal salary, additional hours and overtime, and travel, showing dates of such services and expenses.
